I was given an estimate and if I wanted to get it done and I said yes and they said they were able to get it done that day. A co-worker initially recommended me to the shop for a timing belt replacement on my 2006 Tundra as it's not something I am comfortable doing, and Premier employs several Toyota Master Mechanics who have the knowledge to get the job done.
About a month down the road, I noticed the fluid in my coolant reservoir was dropping with no obvious leak, so I called the shop and asked if I could stop by for someone to look the truck over- they had me in within minutes!
After taking a look, Julio spotted some areas of concern and was open and honest about a few things being overlooked during my initial visit. He asked me to stop by a week later and if the issue persisted, he would complete the work at a discounted price.
Over the week, the leak got progressively worse, so I took the truck back for them to identify the issue. Julio called me with a clear explanation of our problem and provided me with a plan of action to get the leak resolved.
After a few days, I was back in my truck with no coolant leak! Most importantly, I am grateful that the cost of repairs did not break the bank as the pricing for parts and labor was very fair- something most of us can appreciate with how tight things can be nowadays!

"I have been using them since 2010, 20 years old, I was getting the run around from JB Automotive, whom I was referred to by several people, but they kept breaking my vehicle as soon as they (the mechanics) found out that I was trying to save money up.
I had been using a family friend until he passed away & I Knew something was up when, Before, I was in getting my RAV4 fixed less than every few months to 6 months or even as far out as a year for something. I was there almost, if not, every month MINIMUM $200-300. The last thing was they kept "overlooking" the timing belt fraying, Ortiz Automotive had identified that finally for me (They don't even do those kinds of repairs! Oil changes, inspections, detailing, etc.), then right after that I left & my engine check light came on not even 5 miles up the road, they had UNPLUGGED my O2 censor.
Dad plugged it back in for me.
After bringing my RAV4 to Premier Automotive, Julio has always taken such good care of me, yes, he is very serious & my EX-MOTHER-N-LAW said she didn't like how unfriendly he was, I don't care. I would rather him be SERIOUS & take my vehicle SERIOUS, which he does a more than 25 year Toyota Mechanic! His mechanics are all friendly & take their job seriously too, very smart & his daughter is very friendly & smart too! :-)
Then be friendly like JB Automotive & when I brought up to him about his possible fraud of mechanics & he just blew me off even after I showed him my log book of frequency.
At Premier Automotive, cost has varied job to job, like it should & most if not every time it was cheaper than I was quoted originally, I like that! :-)
